From our family to yours
We are a family owned company. What started as one sauce and a dream has turned into a wonderful business where we get to share our love with you. My wife, Carrie, and I have been perfecting our recipes for years to bring them to your table.
What came first? Was it the rub
or the sauce?

To be honest it was both. We started making sauces years ago as I explored barbecue flavors. But we started Flying Swine by selling rubs to friends and family. We may have started there but our sauces have brought us a long way in a short time. The Original All-Purpose is where we began 9 years ago, so it’s exciting to come full circle with the same flavor but in a delicious sauce. I don’t have a clue where we’ll be in 9 more years but I can’t wait to find out. Thank you for trusting the Shaw’s to keep bringing you good things for great food.
